Mr. Fritz Luan, Founder
栾逢喜，英文名Fritz，来自辽宁大连，毕业于北京化工大学，2005年来美攻读MBA金融硕士。毕业后创办安全港湾健康保险公司。他性格乐观，待人热忱，广结好友，积极参与社区公益活动，2013年创办华州非盈利性组织西雅图移民之家。帮助华人新移民排忧解难，提供各种服务渠道，为他们尽快适应美国新的生活环境和秩序尽一份力。
